Since my last email, the Holiday Inn has contacted me asking if I can release some of the rooms. Originally I had 100 rooms reserved for Ukaramcons on both Friday and Saturday evening, but with the response slowing down and only 33 rooms booked for the Friday and 39 for the Saturday night, I have had to release 20 rooms and on June 30th any of the reserved rooms not booked will be opened up to the public.
If you are thinking of coming to the Reunion, now is the time to finalise your bookings –
Single Accommodation Occupancy ( if any are left ) £55.00 Bed & Breakfast
Double Accommodation Occupancy £70.00 Bed & Breakfast

Also I attached lots of information on activities which can be seen individually or as a group. If anyone is interested in taking part as a group, please email me at
uk-aramcons@ukaramcons.co.uk stating the activity and your order of preference and which day, Friday or Saturday. For obvious reasons I need this information ASAP.
I also need to know if you are interested in Dinner at one of the local Pub/Restaurants on the Friday evening and if you are prepared to share the cost of a mini-bus to and from the venue. The distance involved would only be 5 miles at most. Naturally I would get back to you with the costs if the evening goes ahead. A meal for the Thursday evening could also be arranged if enough people are interested.
